For violation of the Dyer Act, appellant was convicted on four counts, three of them for receiving a stolen motor vehicle which was moving as interstate commerce, knowing the same to have been stolen, and the last count for so selling such a stolen motor vehicle. The defendants motion to dismiss, based principally upon the contention that the description of the automobile was too indefinite, was denied.
